The name tag is 1.5x3 inches and made of durable, two-ply plastic. Customize the text and add a logo by supplying vector artwork (.ai, .cdr, .eps or .pdf) with your order. Both the text and logo are laser engraved into the plastic material. You will have a chance to approve the custom layout before production starts. If you do not receive a proof via email within one business day, check junk and spam folders.

FASTENER: Choose a standard option or upgrade to a deluxe magnetic fastener.
TEXT: Up to four lines
FONT: There are many standard fonts available. If you wish to use a custom font, you may need to email a Windows compatible font file to nametag@nametag.com along with your order confirmation number. A customer service representative will let you know if this is required.
STYLE: Choose round or square corners and select beveled or square cut edges.
PRODUCTION: Orders of under 100 name tags are shipped within one business day. You must approve your proof before production can start.
PROOF: You will receive a proof of your design within one business day. Sign and return the proof to customer service so production can begin on your order.
SHIPPING: Select a shipping method and review prices during checkout.
The prices are calculated for one 1.5x3 inch plastic name tag with an engraved logo, one line of text and a standard fastener.
SET-UP FEE: $25.00 for first orders only. Designs are saved for future reorders.
