Delivery times are figured from proof approval times (custom items), production times and chosen shipping methods. Production begins after the customer approves and returns a signed digital proof. We ship the product using the method selected in the shopping cart. If you need to have your product in hand by a specific date, you must include it during checkout.
We use third party shipping methods and do not guarantee shipping times.
By using this service, all shipping information and labels are printed directly from the address associated with the order. UPS is notified via a direct link and each customer receives a confirmation email with their tracking number.
Delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by circumstances outside of the direct control of UPS (weather, traffic, receivers office closed, no one available to sign, etc.). However, if a problem does occur, our team will work with you (and UPS) to find a solution.
When orders are small and light-weight, USPS First-Class Package Service – Commercial will become available during checkout. This shipping service is only offered within the US and may take anywhere from two to five business days.
As arrival times for packages shipped via USPS are not guaranteed, Coller Industries does not recommend this service if you need the product by a specific date. If a package is not received, Coller Industries will replace the contents after waiting 10 business days from the original mailing date (USPS policy) to allow for the return of the original shipment.
If you are located in the Salt Lake area, a local pickup option will show during the final stages of the checkout process.

International orders are shipped via UPS Worldwide and all packages are insured.
The shopping cart will display an estimate of all shipping and handling fees (taxes, VAT, duties, etc. are not included). We email an updated shipping quote after the order is processed.
Requests for blind shipping are only available through UPS and instructions must be included on the order review page during checkout.
APOs ship via US Postal Service only. Coller Industries Incorporated (owner of www.nametag.com ) is located in Salt Lake City, Utah. Most products will be shipped from this location. However, a few items may be shipped from other locations and the delivery time may need to be adjusted to meet your needs. Be sure to select the appropriate shipping method to ensure that your products arrive on time.

Coller Industries is not responsible for and assumes no liability for missed delivery dates caused by a failure on the shipping company's part.
Contact us immediately if an expedited shipment fails to arrive when scheduled. We may be able to refund excess shipping fees if notice is received and acknowledged within ten days of the missed or late delivery time. However, we will not refund fees for delays caused by the customer (e.g., no one is available to receive or sign for the package, an incomplete or wrong address, etc.). Fees will also not be refunded for delivery failures due to circumstances outside of the shipping service's direct control (e.g., inclement weather or traffic).
We will immediately contact you if there is an unexpected problem during production. If you are unavailable, all production will cease until we can make contact. So please have someone available who can respond promptly. Production delays may cause a delay in the order shipment.
Unless notified of a need by date in advance (or you choose an expedited production or shipping method), delayed orders will ship using the same method selected when you placed the order. However, if an order with a need by date, expedited production or expedited shipping is delayed because of a production problem, every attempt will be made to ship the product so that it arrives by the scheduled date.
If a product cannot be shipped to arrive by the specified date, we will notify you, and production will stop until you verify that you are willing to accept a late delivery. If you are unavailable for contact or do not respond immediately, you may be responsible for a portion of the invoiced fees.
If an order is canceled after production has begun, the customer will be responsible for a portion of the invoiced fees based on the completed order percentage. Once the order ships, the customer is responsible for the entire order.
Coller Industries uses third party shipping services and will not be held responsible for their failures. However, insured shipments will be replaced as soon as the shipping company declares the package lost. Therefore, the customer must notify Coller Industries immediately of any lost packages so that a reasonable solution for replacement can be found.
