EXPEDITED ORDERS: Expedited production may not always be available. If you need us to rush an order, place the order, then immediately call customer service. An additional fee may be required depending on the size of the order and our current production volume.

Classic, Logo and Conference Name Tags: Products with hot stamped logos require two additional business days for the production of the required metal stamps.

Reusable Badges

Stock Products (Adhesive, Speedy Badges, Mighty Badges™ (no logo), Clear Reusable): Orders placed by 11:00 AM (MT) of up to 250 pieces will be shipped the same day. Add an additional day of production time for each additional 250 pieces.

Custom Products (Logo Mighty Badges™, Chalk Board and Logo Only): The following production times are required for these customized products.

Name Plates

Stock Products (Holders and Contemporary Plates): Orders placed by 11 a.m. Mountain time will be shipped that same day (excluding holidays and weekends).

Reusable Name Plates (no logo): Orders of up to 100 pieces must be placed by 11 a.m. Mountain time will be shipped the same day. Add one day of production time for each additional 100 plates.

Custom Products (Classic and Logo Plates, Desk Wedges): Products with hot stamped logos require two additional business days to produce the necessary metal stamps.

Badge Holders

Badge Ribbons

Stock Ribbons: Orders of less than 250 ribbons normally ship within one business day. Add one additional day of production time for each extra 250 ribbons.

Full Color Ribbons: ORDER EARLY. If you are concerned with a need-by date, call customer service. Expedited production options may be available to speed up production and shipping. We may need up to five weeks to produce your order during times with high production volume.

Custom Ribbons: Production time for these ribbons is determined by either the Total Quantity or the Number of Titles on the order; look at both tables and use the chart with the longer time. If the production of your order requires a metal stamp, add two additional business days.

Lanyards

Please allow three to five business days to receive your proof.

Badge Lanyards (Blank Badge Lanyards and Neck Cords): Orders of less than 250 lanyards normally ship within 24 hours. Each additional set of 250 lanyards will add one day of production time.

Custom Lanyards (Full Color, Classic Cotton, Polyester, Cord and Satin Ribbon Lanyards): Standard production requires five to fifteen days, though the time may increase during periods of high capacity. If you have a deadline by which you must receive your order, such as an event or other function, please provide that date during checkout. Customer Service will work with you to adjust shipping and production, so you receive the order on time.

Production Descriptions

Please provide your contact information when placing your order and be available to approve your proof and answer questions if needed.

Your order will be on hold until we receive all the required information. These may include a correctly formatted list for personalized products, quality artwork files for your logo and returning the signed proof showing the layout of custom products.

Standard Production

Production begins when all required elements of an order have been received and processed by customer service. Production time is dependent on the quantity and complexity of your order. The times shown in the tables above are estimated and may change depending on our production volume.

Expedited Production

When your product is for an event or must be received by a specific date, we can reduce the production time by expediting your order. The time to delivery is always a combination of production and shipping time. If changing the shipping method is not an option, expedited production may be available. Depending on our production volume and the size or complexity of your order, there may be an additional fee for this service. We will contact you before production begins if expedited production charges are required.

During our high volume months, when we are running at full capacity, we may be unable to expedite production. You may still request a need by date, but get your order in early as orders are processed based on when they are received. If any difficulties arise during the expedited production process, we will make every attempt to contact you. But production may continue even if we cannot make contact, in which case the order will be completed and shipped.
