Making memories is a holiday tradition, and these tags can double as an ornament for the recipient to keep. Some are available with a hole for displaying a photo, making them perfect for hand crafting gifts for parents and grandparents who love watching their children grow up.
Have you ordered this layout before? Using the reorder page, you will receive the same product as that prior order, faster processing, and save on set-up fees.
Add text and a logo to these tags or leave them blank to engrave later. Laser engraving removes the top layer of the plastic creating two color tags. For the fastest service, enter, upload or email us your list when you place your order.
LIST ENTRY: We encourage you to provide your list of names when placing your order. You may also email your list to nametag@nametag.com; this choice may lengthen the processing time. Please reference your order number in the email. We do not accept submissions via fax or verbally over the phone.

PROOF: You will receive a proof of your custom design through the email provided with your order. If any changes are required, respond via email or phone, and we will work with you to get it right.
PRODUCTION & SHIPPING: Up to 100 tags may ship the next business day; larger quantities may need extra time. During checkout, you may select a shipping method and provide a need by date if required.
REORDERING: When you use our reorder application, you can be confident that you will receive the same product as the original. No set-up fee is charged on reorders of the same layout.
PRICE INCLUDES: Holiday shaped tag with one line of engraving and a standard fastener.
SET-UP FEE: $10.00 for blank and text only tags, $25.00 for tags with a logo.
