Reusable Name Plates are a must for any well-organized office. Use them to identify individuals and departments, as well as to allow easy navigation of an otherwise unfamiliar space. They're also economical—especially when you have temporary employees!
Everything you need for Reusable Name Plates: the backplate, holder, and clear lens are available on this form. Once you have made your selections, you can be forwarded to the insert order page to select the inserts that will work with your printer.
You can print and assemble high-quality reusable name plates in just a few minutes. The transparent or paper inserts are easy to print using your inkjet or laser printer. Then, sandwich them with the backplate and clear lens and slide them into your holder to finish your new name plate. Choose from metal wall mounts or desk holders to display your name plates at work or home.

BACK PLATE COLORS: Gold, silver and white.
HOLDERS: The backplate, insert, and Lexan slider push into the holder of your choice. Wall mounted and free-standing holders are available in silver, black, yellow gold and rose gold.
CLEAR LENS: The crystal clear lens covers and protects the printed inserts from dust and scratches.
INSERTS: Transparent and paper inserts are available (ordered separately); you will print the inserts using your inkjet or laser printer.
PRODUCTION: Orders of up to 100 pieces placed by 11:00 a.m. Mountain time will be shipped the same day. Add one day of production time for each additional 100 plates.
PRICE INCLUDES: One 2x8 inch metal backplate, a metal wall mount or desk holder and a clear protective slider (order inserts separately).

Print inserts as needed; the dual-layer style allows the sheets to be sent through your printer multiple times. We recommend using Name Print Graphics (NPG) software to print your inserts. This software is easy to set up and allows you to save time with design, data import and auto-align features. Some templates are available for Microsoft Word® or other document software.
