ORDERING INSTRUCTIONS: Select the ribbon information, enter a title, ribbon and imprint color for each ribbon, then enter the needed quantity. Add additional ribbons as necessary. Multiple titles can be combined to meet the 25 minimum requirement.

SIZES & RIBBON COLORS:

Ribbons are available in four sizes, 1.625 x 3.5, 1.625 x 4, 2 x 3.5 and 2 x 4 inches (custom sizes are available upon request).
Choose from 35 ribbon colors.
Both edges (short sides) are pinked to resist fraying.

MINIMUM ORDER: 25 ribbons (colors and titles can be mixed with no minimum on individual titles).

CHOOSING A STAMP MATERIAL (polymer or metal): Stamps are required to imprint your information onto the ribbon, we do not recommend mixing the different stamp types on the same order. Polymer dies work best for lettering 24 pts or larger, silver and gold imprint and rush orders. A metal stamp creates a better imprint, and may be required in the following situations:

Text that is less than 18 pt (text over 20 characters or long words that cannot be split).
Imprint colors that require a metal stamp (see color chart on order form).
When ordering 1000+ ribbons per title (may be mixed).

SET-UP FEES: A set-up fee will be charged for each set of ribbons and includes the time required for machine set-up and stamp production.

POLYMER DIE: $11.25 for each change to text, layout, ribbon or imprint colors.
METAL DIE: $30.00 for each change to text or layout.

MULTIPLE TITLES: If you are ordering more than 20 different titles, we require metal stamps and that you contact customer service to process your order.

PROOF &PRODUCTION: Production will begin after approval of your proof, and are based on the order quantity and complexity. If a metal stamp is needed to complete your order, add two additional business days to the total production time. Production Guide

RUSH ORDERS: If you need us to rush your order, finish shopping, then immediately call customer service. Additional fees may be required depending on the size of the order and our current production volume. Expedited production may not always be available. Please provide your need by date during checkout, and if we cannot meet your requested date, customer service will contact you.
