When Time Matters

For the fastest processing of your order, please provide all of the required files when placing the order and remain available to approve the design proof for custom products. Production will not begin until we have received all the required information for your order.

Production times vary depending on the product and the quantity ordered. Please see individual order pages and the production section of our resource center for complete information.

When there is a need by date for your product, we will work with you to adjust the production times (expedited production) and shipping methods. If the production time or shipping method must be changed, you will be contacted to discuss these additional costs before production begins.

May Ship Same Day Section

Stock products typically ship within one business day; large orders may require additional time. To qualify for same-day shipping orders must be submitted before 11 a.m. Mountain time.

One Business Day Production (plus shipping time)

Choose a predefined layout and get personalized plastic or metal name tags with fast production times. Completed orders, including your list of names and titles for engraving, must be submitted by 11 a.m. mountain time to receive same-day processing.

Completely customized, these name tags allow you to select your size, place the text and add a logo. Once you've submitted the order, you will receive a design proposal showing your proposed layout. You may collaborate with our professional designers until you are happy with the design and ready to approve the proof. Most orders require less than one day to finalize the layout. Completed orders (with a signed proof and a properly formatted list) must be received by 11 a.m. Mountain time for production to begin that day.

Four or More Buisness Days Production (plus shipping time)

The metallic logos on these hot-stamped name tags make a statement about your company and your commitment to excellence. The hot stamping process takes a little more time, and it is well worth the wait. You will collaborate with our professional designers, working together to create the optimal layout. Once the design has received approval, the production team uses the proof information, strictly following the specifications. The three days for production include creating the metal stamps used with heat to transfer the foil to the name tag's surface. Completed orders (with a signed proof and a properly formatted list) must be received by 11 a.m. Mountain time for production to begin that day.
