ID badges include options for a photo and up to four lines of text to effectively display your name, company, position, and contact information. ID badges also include a punched slot to provide additonal customization-- add a clip on a strap fastener, a custom printed lanyard, or leave it empty and fasten it to whatever you desire.   • Tags are 3.375 x 2.125 x .030 inches (exact size of a credit card)
  • Base tag includes 3 variables. A variable is an image or single line of text that changes from tag to tag. For example, a tag with a photo, name, title & company name would have 3 variables and one fixed item. There is an additional cost for more than 3 variables.

  • ID badges for quantities up to 24 ship in 3 working days (Custom badges ship 3 days after approval of proof). Larger orders take longer. Standard time for proofs is two days, expedited proof creation and production is available, call for details and cost.
  • Send photo(s) to Name Tag, Inc. via email. Photos should be in a jpg file with one photo per file (contact Name Tag about other file formats). Be sure the name of the file includes the tag # (see text entry below) that matches the name to the photo. Name Tag, Inc. will adjust the size to fit and may crop the image if appropriate.     ORDER ID BADGES HERE

    Style - Select style of your choice. For custom ID's, email, phone or fax a description of layout. A Name Tag, Inc. designer will get back to you.

    Font - Type in name of font. Arial will be used if none entered. Most fonts found in basic Windows systems are acceptable.

    Fastener - Select a fastener including none or just a punched slot. A slot will also be punched for Clip on a Strap and Lanyards. Lanyards are 36 inches long and have a bulldog clip on the end. The 30 inch elastic cord will have two small holes punched in the top corners of the tag. Other fasteners will be attached directly to the back of the tag with adhesive.

    Variables - Select # variables on tag.

    Check to not have slot punched in tag.

    Text size - Selected font size will be reduced if a smaller font is required for all of the text to fit on a particular line. (ie., tags with long names will have a smaller font for the name than tags with short names). Adjustments will be made by Name Tag as appropriate.
