Name Tag, Inc. will cover the cost of manufacturing and shipping, simply fill out the request form provided below and your complimentary sample will arrive within five to fifteen days.

Sample requests for shipping within Canada and the United States is at no charge to you.
Samples are shipped within one business day via first class mail. Allow 5 to 15 days for delivery.
Expedited shipping of samples is available; however, Name Tag, Inc. will not pay for expedited shipping requests.
