We recognize that when you order through us, you are placing your trust and reputation in our work--we honor your faith in our company by committing ourselves to producing only the highest quality products, backed by our satisfaction guarantee.

 
STOCK ITEMS:

IF YOU ARE DISSATISFIED WITH THE PRODUCT—The product may be returned. A 15% restocking fee will be charged and customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

IF THE PRODUCT IS DEFECTIVE— Defective products will be replaced or refunded at Name Tag, Inc.'s option. Name Tag, Inc. will pay shipping costs to send replacement product and for return of the original product.

 

SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS (NON CUSTOM)

Special order items are not returnable.

CUSTOM ITEMS MANUFACTURED BY NAME TAG

Defective products will be replaced or refunded at Name Tag Inc.'s option unless a first article would have revealed the defect. In this case, Name Tag is only liable for the first $250. Name Tag will pay shipping costs to send replacement product and for return of the original product.

If customer decides they would prefer a change in the products specifications, Name Tag, Inc. will remake the product to the new specifications at customers expense: Less a credit of 50% of the original cost (excluding shipping and handling), but not to exceed $100. For orders over $200 Name Tag will allow a credit of $100 plus 15% of the amount over $200 (excluding shipping and handling). Customer is responsible for return and replacement shipping costs.


CUSTOM ITEMS MANUFACTURED BY AN OUTSIDE VENDOR

Products made to specification are not returnable.

Defective products will be replaced or refunded at Name Tag's option unless a First Article would have revealed the defect. In this case, Name Tag will only be liable for the first $250. Name Tag, Inc. will pay shipping costs to send replacement product and for return of the original product.

 

COLOR SPECIFICATIONS

Pantone Matching System (PMS) colors are the best way to let Name Tag, Inc. know what colors are expected. We make reasonable efforts to match these colors, however we do not offer exact color matches due to limitations of the production process.

At customer's request, products will be made based on computer image files or general verbal specifications at customers risk. Without an acceptable specification, Name Tag, makes no color guarantee whatsoever.

The color of stamped logos, engraved logos and surfaces are limited to available materials.

If color matches are important, we recommend the purchase of a First Article, a color sample may be sent in some circumstances.

However, variations in materials, stamping foils, printer ribbons, equipment, and environmental factors preclude any guarantee of exact color consistency from lot to lot or even item to item within the same lot.

 

TOLERANCES

Products made within Name Tag tolerances will not be considered defective.

 

FIRST ARTICLES

A limited guarantee applies to orders over $250 for which the customer elected to not receive a “First Article”. Full credit will be issued for the amount paid for a First Article, excluding shipping and handling, on the final order.

 

REORDERS

Future availability of identical materials, stamping foils, printer ribbons, or equipment cannot be guaranteed.

 


BILLING AND PAYMENT ISSUES

Discuss billing and payment problems with Customer Service. The remedy, if any, will depend on the specific circumstances.

 


LATE ARRIVAL OR LOST SHIPMENTS

Lost shipments will be refunded or a replacement will be shipped if an error is caused by Name Tag and if the shipment was shipped via Name Tag's preferred shipping method.

Excess billing charges for late packages can be refunded if Name Tag is notified within 3 business days of the expected arrival date.

 

RETURN OF PRODUCTS

Customers must obtain an RMA # before shipping any product back to Name Tag.

For returns where Name Tag will pay the shipping costs a call tag will be issued.

Refunds will not be issued and, in some situations, replacement products may not be sent until the original product has been received.

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

Review all proofs for custom products and return the approved proofs to Name Tag in a timely manner.

Proof approval must be received by Name Tag, Inc. before production will begin. The product will be made to the specification shown on the proof, if changes to the proof are required an additional proof will be created and a customer signature required. Be sure to call if there are questions about the proof.

Lists of variable information (ie. names and/or titles) to be engraved/printed are to be prepared to the specifications required by Name Tag. Click here for more information .

A reorder of a product for which no approved proof exists is deemed equivalent to signing a proof for the original product.

Notify Name Tag within 60 days after receipt of product if there are any problems/defects. If time is important, notify Name Tag immediately (ie, if an issue is recognized at 10:30 notify us at 11:00, not 4:00).

Never return a shipment to Name Tag without a Return Authorization # or call tag.

Notify Name Tag of any shipping problems as soon as the problem is recognized. Failure to do so may eliminate some remedies.

Order a First Article on large orders to confirm the acceptability of the product.

Mistakes made by customers such as incorrect name spelling, sending the wrong logo, or changes in tag content are NOT covered by this guarantee.

TRADEMARKS - Customers requesting tags with trade marked logos represent that they have the authority to use such trade mark.

At Name Tag, Inc. your complete privacy and confidentiality is paramount to us. Rest assured that your personal information will NEVER be shared or distributed with anyone else.

PRIVACY POLICY- Name Tag, Inc. only collects information necessary for providing proper service to its customers. Information is never released to third parties.

ADVERTISING - Customers authorize Name Tag, Inc. to use images and samples of products made by Name Tag, Inc. for the customer in its advertising and to be listed on lists of Name Tag, Inc's. customers. Customer contacts will not be released without approval.
